Ah! Natsukashii! This is one of the best enka, along with Kitaguni no Haru and Aoba-Jo Koi Uta. Have you any other versions of Michizure? I think I recall Yamamoto Joji (my favourite singer), Mori Shinichi, and Atsumi Jiro all doing wonderful versions of it.
