no, the 8830 is the world edition. the tour is a hybrid between the bold and storm. ots got the storm capabilities and high rez screen, but with the bold physicalities such as size, shape, and feel.

The Tour 9630 is set to replace the 8800. Thats why the 8800 has been discontinued.
