I've seen hundreds of shots of Barbra and in this video it looks like this was before she had some dental work done. Her teeth look very different than they do on subsequent television specials, the big ones of the 1960s. Could it be? Whatever the case, by the time she did "My Name is Barbra" and "Color Me Barbra" she looked great.

What was so captivating is to see Barbra before she made it big. She had no idea when this interview took place that she was to take New York by storm. Once an actor becomes well know and hounded by the press they change and all of a sudden fame isn't as great as you hope its going to be. Any early interview with any celebrity always comes off so innocent.
