I don't get it, this video first shows that you have to manually open the top, then it shows it opening automatically. Do the new corvettes, do they open completely automatically or do you still have to start them off by opening them manually?

That's just the latch. Manually undo it, then the motor takes over and vice versa for putting it back up.

They aren't 100% automatic, if that's what you meant.

you have to open the top manuelly from the front, the rest is automatic

i test drove this car today.

first the base model, manual, then this one with auto/paddle shifters and upgraded z suspension package and interior. the base model was uninspiring and i hated the manual. however, the conv with upgraded suspension was awesome.

the premium audio was the only sad part of the car and would require a trip to crutchfield to remedy.

overall, with incentives from detroit, i could actually see myself enduring the $1100 payments because this car is supreme.
