  • I'm using the 80 10 10 as a dietary cleanse and I've been following it without cheating for the past 7 days. I've lost 9 pounds which is awesome! I did experience an anxiety attack 2 days ago, and felt a slight one coming on last night. I really do think its our emotional connection with food that causes a lot of it because night time is when I would typically eat the most vegan "junk". And with this cleanse I'm not succumbing to those comfort foods as a coping mechanism for stress.

  • Hey yuri I was wondering if you could recommend good detox methods and is detoxing effective for weight loss. I heard drinking lots of water can be a great cleanser. Is that true??

  • Awesome videos, however a question I have is based on water. Sometimes I drink heavy amounts of water right before bed, literally seconds before I go to sleep. I drink about 1-2 bottles of water (regular size you buy at store, not sure what OZ they are). Is this recommended? I drink a lot of water throughout the day and I just put in that last dose to make my body work more during my sleep. Useful, wasteful, or hurtful? Thanks, love your vids!
