ok. i dont' get it... when was figure skating not gay?! i am amazed that the gayest sport in the world discriminated against him, in a huge horrorible ugly way. it makes me want to cry or punch someone. he has brought more fans to the sport than any other single skater from all over the world. he is family friendly.... have they ever seen him with kids? johnny rules... the judges suck.

The judges were totally unfair in the Olympics. Everyone knows that. His skating was amazing. It's still obviously heartbreaking for him. I hope he keeps that pretty head of his up. Johnny's best days are yet to come and success will be his best revenge!

Much of his fat, what little there is, likely is the healthy brown type of fat, which is full of sugar-burning mitochondria and therefore generates heat. Johnny spends much of his time above a giant sheet of ice, so his body is very acclimated to cold. In contrast, an older short order cook I once knew who had spent decades frying eggs and burgers said that the only time she felt warm was in the summer. The rest of the year, she felt cold. She had acclimated in the other direction.

Most Americans who watched the Olympics know he was cheated out of a medal b/c the judges do not like him-nothing to do with his skating which was perfectly gorgeous. They want a macho-man-preferably not American--and discount the tech & art that is his signature. Yay for another season of "Be Good..."
