OMG I found it! I was a Japanese exchange student from California and I lived in Sakata and Shinjo, Yamagata for about 6 weeks. During my time in Sakata-shi I woke up to this (I freaked out the first time). I was so suprised that they were playing Edil Vice because it's in english and comes from an American movie. I can not exactly describe what hearing that song meant to me but it was a good feeling. Anyways, I'm really glad I found this video because it brings back memoriesm for me. Thank You

踏切と屋外スピーカーが両方映っているとは理想的な
構図ですね。バックのウグイスとニイニイゼミも今の季節
ならではです。でも夏場は暑さと蚊で待ち時間がきつい
ですね。私は２週サボってしまいました。

防災無線のチャイムは踏切と違って1日に1回とチャンスがないのでなかなか撮る機会ができず難しいものですね。
また流れる場所もあれば流れない場所も・・・。
この暑い時期は待ち時間など結構つらいです。
