The "You Suck" chant is part of Angle's persona. I doubt Eddie would've wanted the crowd to not chant it. As said, the show must go on. Plus, when Angle returned after the neck surgery in '03, he said he "missed" that chant.

I would watch until Eddie's shoot and then go to bed. He was so smooth, from the mic to the ring just smooth. I think WWE is still suffering from the loss, they have not found anyone as fun to watch yet...
