Colon Cleanse on the run!

Ahhh so inspired to do a colon cleanse now! I did one back in late '08 I think...It was quite amazing. Mine was from Blessed Herbs. I'm noticing the link that you posted for the cleanse you did doesn't work for me :( Love the video!

Aren't you supposed to follow it with like 800ml of water straight away so that the bulk of it makes its way to the colon?

Nope, no flour... It's grain free and uncooked (dehydrated) you can buy it pre-packaged in stores here in Perth.
