That is Paint.net for those who don't know what program he is using. :) It's free. Just Google 'Paint.net download'.

@ILoveWowWToo It's not the newest version of paint...the newest version of paint is the windows 7 paint and that program he used was called paint.net. Search it up on google. Its like a sort of GIMP/Photoshop version of paint but from a different company.
