This is not the same Jackie P who has a recent record (2008?). This Jackie Pain is out of Athens, GA and Jacke Payne was his stage name. He left Athens, GA and moved to Texas to start a recording career. He was a great R&B singer.
I think that it's the same Jackie P who has a recent record (2008?) called Master of The Game, on Delta Groove Records. This is a good track, and he's even better today.
