I ran my 16 valve in 1.8 and 2.0 liter form with a t3/t4 50 trim but the lag was terrible. What turbo did you use? How well does it spool up to boost? mine only started to make decent boost at 3500 if I was lucky.

i think you should find a turbo with lighter fans, or force air into the turbo somehow, its like a airplane motor, get smt little to start smtn big!

and i have one more tip for you but pm if you really want to try it out, its an experimental issue!
