hey, i do parkour and i used to to be able to flip and stuff on concrete and stuff, until about 3-4 months ago i broke my arm and split my chin open slipping when doing a wall flip. Can anyone help me in overcoming this fear of this please, as i want to continue doing parkour. Any kind of tip will be appreciated thank you. :)

@bubathehun28696 Only you can help yourself. :) You know you can do it. It's psychological, you need to tell yourself that you can do it without injury. If you do get injured, get back up and learn from your mistakes. That's the best advice I have; believe in yourself, you can do it. :)
