I have a 3.40 OE-A fat PSP right now.

I have to update it but it doesn't give me the same results yours does. It just turns BLACK, then turns off (occassionally the power LED goes orange). There's no white text like in yours.

I have 150 and 352 in the M33 creator folder as well as the eboot, and they're both in the GAME150 folder.

Other people have asked about this problem, why does no one answer them? :(

At least it doesn't brick mine... but I'm on like my 20th time trying this out. :(

No, so what did was downgrade to 1.50 again and then upgrade from there, that seemed to work, just google downgrade psp to 1.50 from OE firmware or something like that, you get the idea

You have to shut it off, start it up again while holding X and R at the same time. That'll bring up the homebrew menu thing, you have to change it to run on um Jesus I forgot. Whatever it is right now just change it, there's only two options, it's the second one. Then you do everything as normal. The option is in configuration, but I really can't remember what it's called.
