I had all the stuff, even a Launchpad jacket I wore when I was out riding my bike :) There's no denying that this was and is a quality show. I know I'm in my late teens now but this stuff is still top-notch to me not only because of nostalgia, but also from a technical perspective. Superb cartoon.

I can't express how I loved the Ducktales! - I recorded them on VHS and had an audiobook version (on tape) with the best episodes. When I have children, I'm going to make sure they watch and listen to all the goodies I had when I was a child - with the Ducktales at the very beginning of the list.

I was born in '93 yet I remember all these cartoons since they were syndicated well into the mid 2000's. I've always been amazed at how bold and upbeat all these old cartoons were - people are going to look back on our childhoods as some of the most idealistic. From the music to the cartoons, it seems as if people were just happier in the 80s/90s and that pervaded itself through their work. Why are today's cartoons so sardonic and struggle to be realistic? What happened to being a kid?
