Well since the Battle Frontier series began her oldest sister called. She said they had a lot of trainer who wanted to battle for the badge, but not enough Pokemon. So she ask Misty to come back to the Gym to battle them. If she didn't Daisy will give them the Cascade badge without a Gym battle. But why didn't Ash, Brock, May and Max go with her? May and Max wanted to see the Gym. Right?

Misty didn't die. The first time she left was in Gotta Catch Ya Later in the Jotho series. The second time was in a episode in the Hoenn series. And the third time was in a Battle Frontier series. After the third time a lot of Pokemon fans stopped watching the show. And all the others that are still watching the show will stop watching, if Misty is not back as a main cast character.

Whatever happened to Misty? Did they kill her character off because I thought Misty would for sure hook up with Ash. You can tell I stopped watching after like the second - fourth season. I was a kid and they ran the show down and everyone kinda lost interest in it. I hope it comes back though for my kids, was a great show and card game.

well thanks for the feedback. but misty left after the 5th season to go back home to tend to the Cerulean Gym. the real reason for misty leaving was the Japanese voice actress didnt want to do the show anymore so they decided to let misty leave. i also hope my kids can see a great cartoon like pokemon

Why didn't they just replace the voice actress?? The original trio was by far the best anime I ever watched. Then they started switching people out and I stopped watching, kinda grew outta it after awile. I heard rumors that Misty may come back for a season, this season/winter. Yeah, I haven't watched it in about 8 years. Never saw Misty leave till today when I checked up the episode.. it was fucked up. Kinda makes you sad, knowing the great trio got split up and Ash never made a move on Misty. They screwed up a great show when she left, they should've found a girl that sounded just like her... would've been better than killing her off. I feel sorry for these new pokemon fans, the show isn't nearly as good as it used to be.
