@FabioCrow07770 Thanks! Settin' up a "Zombie D&D" thing and needed to know some specs on a few firearms... Gotta get some cash together for "Utra Modern Firearms"...
Uh... for 1 its not a ww2 303 rifle.... its call a lee enfeild mk1. and it wasnt used in ww2, what you have is the sporterized version, it was made in 1943 but that doesnt meen it severed, it was at home in england serveing hunters and farmers yelling at small childern to stay off his lawn and quit rapeing his chickens.... next reveiw i suggest you study up ont he gun first, and get A GODDAM HAIR CUT FOR THE LOVE OF CHRIST YOU MANWHORE!!!!!..... other than that good reveiw :)

the enfield was my first hi-powerd rifle i gave 30 dollars for it.the biggest thing i remember about it was it kicked like a mule, but was acurate as hell
fuck this guy is dangerous why do people like this have firearms. i have no idea how to paint hence why im not a fuckin painter TIP think and learn before u put some bullshit up on a review of a gun that you clearly have no idea about..!
That's no review, that's some guy who has no clue about anything about the rifle he has in his hands and makes stuff up in front of a camera to pretend he knows what he's talking about.
@phantomZ400 bro, this guy gets on every vid ive seen on every gun and says they are shit,he was on another vid saying the sks and ak are shit and when some guy said he hit a deer with his ak at 150yards(which is pretty easy with an ak)this douche bag claimd it was impossible,i dont think he owns any guns at all and is just some troll who has no life and writes random shit.
excuse me but at 0:14 did you say clip? LOL i watched this after seeing your clips and magazines video :D i have nothing against you but its kinda ironic....
Lee Enfields are shit. SHIT. I know the Brits used them for like, 918723923 years but it was a piece of shit gun, cartridge, and era. I have two of them and I'd rather tongue wrestle a pit viper than shoot them. Any collector paying anything for a SMLE should go to Dunham's Sporting Goods and buy one for 200 bucks. Bullshit.;
@jamespfearn he also claimd he had two aks when he said on another vid that ak and sks were shit.i dont think he owns a fucking thing just talks out his ass.
My uncle had one. it's built like a tank and looks cool. but to be honest the bolt makes me sick. I hate the fact i have to press in the spring for every action. And the locktight ammo almost never picked up right. He sold it and i eventuality go an M91. Ammo was cheep o plenty! Like $60 for a 400 round container of 7.62* 54R. God i love that gun!
I hate bubbas... ruin the historical value of the rifle. Well, ruins the rifle in general, really. Lowers value, uglies it up, and pisses off collectors who don't see these rifles as just a thing that goes bang. Should be illegal to do such a horrible thing to such a treasured piece of history. I'd pay hundreds of dollars for an all-matching Lee Enfield No.4 Mk.1 with a full stock. For THIS however... I wouldn't give a toonie for one of those. I feel sick just looking at it...
hey, i have a 1901 303 british rifle. it is a single shot and lever action. is this a rare rifle because i cant find any vids or anything about it on youtube or google.
Dude.. wtf? your 'review' could have been so much better with just a bit of simple googling.
What you have there (if you did say Mk. 1) is a Lee Enfield No. 4 Mk 1 Long Branch, used by Canadian forces during WWII.
The compartment in the stock, like any other surplus rifle on the market with that feature, is for a cleaning kit.. not a screw driver.. wtf dude honestly. SHIT SUCKS.
And judging by your 'observations' of the bolt, I would hazard to guess you have never taken the rifle down yet.
you know near to nothing, or nothing about rifles, ballistics etc, . Your you tube is a waste of time for all needing to know real stats! Hope ther is legal come back on your statements vs actions.
i also own a .303 English rifle but mines way back from 1916 or 1915. its a beautiful rifle, itl shoot a dime at a mile if your a really F#$@ing good shot
its confusing lol also the one without the bolt retention button had a star symbol after the 4,, most lee enfields before dunkirk are the best made,,, either it be bsa, savage or longbranch. models,,, thx for your answer.
It is cheap beause there are a lot of these out there. It is a sporterized British 303 Lee Enfield. Sporterized means the wood on the top of the barrel has been removed. They are very accurete, durable, cheap, readaly avvalible, and one of the fastest bolt action rifles there are. I got mine for $50, but they ussaly run around $300
go for it,I'll make 50 puppet accounts and flag all of his if you do. I wasn't going to but If you want to take it to that level...I Have no problem taking all his videos down
i just baught one and its really old and i got a new stock for it but im ganna keep the original i just wanted to know can i keep it without having a license? also where should i go to find out how to dismantal it because i wanna clean it all out then do a new coat of paint then relube it but is there a web site to find out how to do it? i cant hear anything ur saying in this video.
Yeah, I keep an original Lee-Enfield brass oiler in the stock of my No. 4, along with a pull though cleaner and cloth patches. The bore and lands and grooves are sharp, bright and clean. Looks almost new, but I paid a bit more for mine too. Got a bunch of Lee-Enfield stripper clips with it for quick reloading.. and an original sling, and spike bayonet with frog.. Don't know why I bothered buying the bayonet....never use it, lol. Damn good accuracy at distance just using the iron sights. :)
Too bad somebody butchered your rifle trying to make a "sporting" rifle. I've got a beautiful Lee-Enfield No. 4. Fully restored to battle field readiness. Very accurate, very fast bolt action.I almost never remove the magazine, I load through the top with stripper clips. Two 5-round stripper clips will fill the magazine. See the little slot in the top of the receiver for the stripper clips? (Good idea to learn the difference between a "clip" and a "magazine".)
It's actually pretty accurate,I shot It on the 4th of july in my back yard for the first time in 2 years,I was about 20 yards aways and I fired one shot at a can of...beats or something,Nicked the Top ridge. I was In a hurry Because I'm not allowed to shoot in my back yard lol
thanks for the tutorial! this is a big help for me. i picked up a .303 yesterday at a garage sale with a box of shells and you helped me learn a lot about the piece. i opened the cleaning kit compartment-it was empty. my hubby is p.o.'d i bought a weapon without him looking at it first....but all in all i am happy with my purchase! you've been a great help. i am going to clean it up and give it a whirl.
False. A pull through cleaning kit goes in there, along with an oilier. Those two things fit in there. A blade bayonet would never fit, and a spike wouldn't either, lug part is too large.
well its good that they dont bother u but ppl need to learn to show some respect, most ppl who look at ur videos seem to all share a passion 4 gunz....so why talk shit?
that rifle is sweet and cool review as always keep the vids coming and don't mind those "your camera is crap"idiots, they probably dont even have a camera lol!!! 5/5
hmm, I'm thinking of buying a Mosin-Nagant, or the Enfield .303, which to buy, I'm leaning on the Mosin because the parts are easier to find, and cheaper.
Nagant has cheaper ammo and would be more accurate for longer ranges. Enfield is quite accurate and is known as the fastest bolt action battle rifle. Very high rate of fire for a bolt action.
The half-cock (pull it back until it clicks once) is one of the safety features; it locks the bolt. He can restore the rifle easily back to military configuration, it's just that the rifle came "as-is". The buttstock is intact so he's halfway there as far as restoration is concerned. He just needs a fore end, the handguards, sling/barrel bands and the U shaped front sight protector. Easy to come by if you know where to shop.
Nice. A 1943 Lee-Enfield No. 4 Mk 1* made by Longbranch Arsenal in Canada. The "*" denotes that it has a modified bolt release; a notch machined into the groove that the bolt head slides in. The word "England" on the side may be an import stamp much like a lot of surplus rifles are required to have. You have a nice honest rifle there and although the stock is "sporterized", at least the receiver was not drilled/tapped for a scope. Fine work.
any relation to skrillex? jk long live the 303

how much are these because my dad has been asking me to search for a WW2 bolt action rifle for cheap money so i was wondering how much these are??
MrM16A4 2 years ago
under $200
FabioCrow07770 2 years ago
hmm, I'm thinking of buying a Mosin-Nagant, or the Enfield .303, which to buy, I'm leaning on the Mosin because the parts are easier to find, and cheaper.
Marine052191 2 years ago
Nagant has cheaper ammo and would be more accurate for longer ranges. Enfield is quite accurate and is known as the fastest bolt action battle rifle. Very high rate of fire for a bolt action.

nothing beats the good old bolts
FabioCrow07770 2 years ago
And the ammo is MUCH cheaper.
Get the Mosin.

I Can't find it anywhere
FabioCrow07770 2 years ago
In the butt stock it would of held a Oil bottle (with brush or scoop) and a pull through to clean the barrel out and keep the mechanism clean :D
Nice rifle btw, I prefer the normal un sportified lee enfield :D

Fine work.

Thanks,I Got it on a trade
FabioCrow07770 2 years ago
It's a magazine, not a clip.

Pity it's sporterized. :(
