This video was shot in London, and this market was not an organic one.

I do try to eat organic, wild, local, home-grown and organic fruits whenever possible.

How much I spend each week varies, if I am getting a lot of back-yard fruit, then I will not spend so much.

I suppose, on average, I would spend about $100 Australian dollars per week, but some weeks it would be more, other weeks less.

If I am on a mono diet, I can spend $40 per week.

  • How much do you spend a week on fruit ? Those market stalls aren't selling organic fruit and veges are they ?

  • Do you eat bananas on your fruit diet??

  • @gawfboy

Thank you for your comment ♥

    I rarely eat Bananas; I sometimes eat home-grown, non-gassed, non-sprayed Bananas.

However, I generally feel better eating the juicier fruits.

Wishing you a Beautiful Day ♥

  • @fruitbatanne you eat any green vegetables as doug graham recomends? Thanks

  • @Spies152

Thank you for your comment ♥

I do not eat green vegetables, except very occasionally.

I have found no mineral or vitamin in vegetables that is not also in fruit.

The amounts of these nutrients may be different in fruits compared to vegetables, but I believe that quality of either the fruit or vegetable does more to ensure it is high in nutrients, rather than whether it is a fruit or vegetable.

If you cannot access great quality fruit, then greens may be needed.

    Love from Anne

  • I just checked your site and your book!! You should have a paypal link on your youtube channel so one can pay you. I got the impression that you posted part of your book for free. You know this is important to be in exchange. I would only buy a book as an ebook cos I travel too much to carry heavy stuff with me. So if for real you give your book data for free, then pls feel free to give a way for me to pay you back.

  • @fruitbatanne I do eat Brown rice and Teff, and Quinoa. Eating fruit and veggies is what we are designed to eat! Doctors and pharmaceutical companies want us Sick!

  • I want to have children and use this diet to feed them but I know that the society we live in think that this is irresponsible to feed them with fruits mostly. These people sometimes act quite violently against it. They can't just see how healthy you look they would need more facts and figures. So I wondered if you have a vid showing this from you or others.

  • @Helenelalala

As I mentioned in my other comment, my elder boy had his diet analysed by a state nutritionist and it was found to be fine.

I think that children need mother's milk for the first three to four years in addition to raw fruits.

I think that one issue with facts and figures, in terms of nutrition, is that they are all based on averages. So the bottom line for me is the quality of the fruit I feed my children.

And RDAs and blood tests are based on people on SAD diets.

    L&P XX♥

  • Anne, I've seen one of vids showing you with your diet compared to someone eating meat and worms and the comments were made by some dieticians forwarding the idea that the fruit diet was unhealthy and that one should not put children through this. These dieticians judgments lead to a very narrow minded society. Would it be possible for you to show tests to give facts and figures on minerals, b12, etc. etc. ?

  • @Helenelalala

Thank you for your comment and suggestions ♥

My last blood test results were good, but personally I believe how we feel; the condition of our skin, teeth, nails, and hair; how well our wounds heal; how well our immune system functions; and our energy levels are a better indication of true health than figures on paper based on SAD diets.

However, my elder son did have his diet analysed by a government nutritionist, and it was found to contain adequate RDAs.

    Love and Peaches XX♥

  • Anne, does your diet include the non-sweet fruits as well, such as avocado, tomato, pepper, cucumber, etc.? I'd assume you at least eat tomatoes (if you like the taste) because tomatoes are definitely very juicy.

  • @rpmangin

Thank you for your comment ♥

Yes, my diet does include the non-sweet fruits; although the sweet juicy fruits are my staples.

  • Thanks for all your vids and all the work you're doing to help others. I wonder if you have data on how to recognize ripe fruits esp. citrus fruits and watermelons, etc. Or where to find this data? Thank you so much for your time and passion.

  • @Helenelalala

Thank you for your comment ♥

I think that the longer you have been eating fruit, the more your fruit picking skills develop. It is often challenging to get properly ripe fruit because picking fruit perfectly ripe does not fit in with most commercial fruit growing.

That is why fruit grown on a small scale is often a better bet in terms of ripeness.

Oranges should be heavy for their size, and taste sweet and not too acidic.

Watermelons should have a ripeness spot.

    L&P XX♥

  • @fruitbatanne I see thanks! For the watermelons: what is the 'ripeness spot'? Do you mean the soft spot on the bottom?

  • @Helenelalala

It is the little yellow or white spot on the bottom of the fruit, where it has lain on the ground. If this spot is green or has stripes through it, the Watermelon may not be ripe.

It is not a soft spot, and soft spots on a Watermelon can be signs the Watermelon is old or over ripe.

Another sign of ripeness is that the Watermelon appears 'faded' in colour at the top.

Wishing you the Best Melons ♥

    Love and Peaches XX♥

  • @fruitbatanne haha! Thank you thank you thank you!! This is what we should learn in school!!! Yes watermelons have been sooo helpful to me! Big watermelons hugs!

  • I would like to make love to Anne...as I know her bodily fluids are pure and divine...i hope the Universe blesses me to have a fruitarian queen like Anne by my side.

  • You make me feel like living lol.

  • Oh hello! Have you thought about intellectus 424 diet (just google it)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my buddy lost lots of weight with it.

  • sorry forgot to mention that its was about you mono dieting for six months, im planning to do something like that! thanks for the inspiration anyway!

  • hey anne , i saw your vid with dan mcdonald. ive been eating watermelon for a week now. you said melons in the vid, any particular reason? any tips you can inform me about? thanks alot!

  • @AOLDIEH

Thank you for your comment ♥

I find Melons a great fruit to mono diet on because they give me great health and I also maintain my weight on a Melon mono diet.

I include Orange-fleshed Melons as well as Watermelons because I find the Orange-fleshed Melons are good for sodium and other minerals.

Always get the ripest, best quality Melons possible. Look for Melons that have naturally come away from the stem, it is a sign of ripeness.

Wishing you a Beautiful Day XX♥♥

  • @fruitbatanne Great Vid!! I have cured my self! Doctors, and the food industry want us to be sick! Fruits and Veggies! For Optimum Health! Peace!

  • Fruitarianism is so much more attractive than vegetarianism, because who doesn't like fruit?...I love fruits and I've been eating a LOT more of it recently...I've noticed a marked change in my appearance and how I feel since doing that, so I will continue to do it...Also, I find that my body has been craving fruits more and more and meat and dairy less and less...The latter I haven't had a problem coming off completely, because I'm lactose intolerant and, also, dairy causes mucous in the body.

  • Hello :) I was wondering if it's possible to overeat fruit and gain weight? Also can I lose fat while on this diet? I eat around 1800-2500 calories from fruits and some greens a day and I do cardio for at least 45 minutes 6 days a week and strength training twice a week.

  • @jazziheartsyou Its virtually impossible to gain fat eating nothing but fruits. I dont consider myself a fruitarian however most of my diet consists of fruits. When going on a 100% vegan, low fat diet, you'll find that your body will tend to bring itself down to a healthy weight for your body type. Just look up "durian rider" on youtube or check out his gf & see how much fruit they eat. There slim and fit as hell lol. I've tried it myself, its impossible. And u can eat as much as u want haha.

  • @jazziheartsyou

Thank you for your comment ♥

I think it is pretty hard to overeat on fresh, juicy fruits; especially if you are listening to the needs of your own body.

I do believe that every person is an individual and, as such, the daily amount of fruit that is optimal may differ from person to person.

I think if you are not eating the fatty fruits or dried fruits, it is likely that you will lose body fat on this diet.

  • Congratulations Anne!!!

What about some people don't have succed with this diet, for instance some long ter fruitarians have tooth decay?????. I would like to eat fruit without have to eat everyday (like I'm doing) great amounts of greens that I don't like to much.

The problem about this diet is that there are no enough testimonials, and less succed testimonials for know that is a sure diet...

  • @adrygarcia

    Thank you for your comment.♥

I believe that great quality ripe fruit is needed for good teeth, and also good oral hygiene.

I know fruit eaters with great teeth, but they eat good quality, ripe fruit and have good dental hygiene.

I strongly believe that for this diet to succeed the Best quality, ripe fruit is needed ♥

    Love and Peaches XX♥

  • @adrygarcia did you check Arnold's way for testimonials on this fruits diet? He's just full of vids showing people with really great successes. Also durianriders has some vids showing other successes too. Wonderful to look at. Very helpful vids cause they show so many different situations solved by the same solution.

  • @BarakianArt

Thank you for your comment ♥

For optimal tooth care on a fruit diet, I would recommend eating only properly ripe fruit. Under-ripe citrus, Kiwi and Pineapple can be damaging to tooth enamel.

Also, I would suggest brushing teeth before eating fresh fruit, not afterwards, to help prevent brushing the fruit acids into the tooth enamel.

Also floss and brush well if you eat dried fruit, as it can stick to the teeth.

The bottom line for me is quality, ripe fruit for optimimal health

  • @fruitbatanne Interesting note on the pineapple. The last few times I cut up pineapple, I got bleeding lip whenever I tried to suck flesh stuck to the inside of the pineapple rind. I also (interesting) got momentary ticklish throat whenever I drank residual juice from the pineapple (but no reaction to the flesh itself). I wonder if that's because the pineapple wasn't fully ripe when I cut it up. Is truly ripe pineapple brown?

  • @rpmangin

Thank you for your comment ♥

In my experience ripe Pineapple flesh is not brown, brown flesh may be over ripe or fermenting.

Pineapple skin can be yellow, orange, or even green when ripe depending on the variety. The flesh can range from pale yellow to deep yellow.

Sometimes the Pineapple flesh near the 'eyes' on the skin can be irritating.

Truly ripe Pineapple is much less likely to make your mouth bleed.

I am still eating a fruit diet, and have done so for the past 19 years, so in my case it has been a very healthy and sustainable diet. I would class my general health as very good; I am physically active, happy, and feel better than I did at age 18.

I do feel that the bottom line, however, is great quality fruit; I think to thrive on this diet one needs access to properly ripe fruit grown in good soil.

    Love and Peaches XX♥♥

  • @ElohimLee

I do not know anything about 'Alive' Supplements, so cannot comment on them specifically.

In general, I prefer whole raw produce as a source of vitamins and minerals, although I believe a B12 supplement may be useful or necessary if one has lower than optimal B12 levels.

Try not to be too hard on yourself, but keep positive and keep advancing to the optimal diet for yourself.

    Love and Peaches,

    from Anne XX♥

  • @ElohimLee

Thank you for your comment ♥

I think that Avocado can be a good fruit substitute for some folk for cheese or eggs, because it is a dense fruit and higher in fat than most other fruits. It also has higher protein levels than many other fruits.

A firm (yet ripe) Avocado may give the texture you desire.

Canistel (Egg Fruit) also has the texture (but not the taste) of boiled egg yolk.

If you are feeling like a higher protein food, sprouted lentils may be a useful transitional food

  • @ElohimLee

Thank you for your comment ♥

Good to hear you got some delicious Avocado

  • do you eat anything for essential fatty acids?

  • @LeppardPrintAnimal

Thank you for your comment ♥

Most fruit contains essential fatty acids in a good balance between Omega 3 and Omega 6.

Mangoes, in particular, have a good Omega 3 to 6 ratio.

I have never had any issues (to my knowledge) with lack of essential fatty acids.

  • this diet ignores every bit of science there is about nutrition.

  • @Karmara7

    Thank you for your comment.

Personally, I believe that a fruit diet is very rational and follows the natural laws.

I believe that our anatomy is that of a frugivore, so from a biological point of view, the diet, to me, is a very 'scientific diet'.

Our dental structure, the structure of our digestive system, and our placenta design are the same as the frugivorous animals — not the same as the omnivores, herbivores, or carnivores.

    Love and Peaches XX♥

  • @fruitbatanne Do you eat only sweet fruits? Because tomatoes and zucchini are botanically fruit, so you could have some raw vegan "spaghetti", too. It just seems like all that sugar would get boring taste-wise.

  • @emilyj1987

Thank you for your comment ♥

I eat mainly sweet fruits, but I also enjoy the more savoury tasting fruits too.

Personally, I never find sweet fruit 'boring' because to me each individual fruit is unique in taste. That is why I enjoy eating mono. A can of beans always tastes the same, but for me each piece of fruit is a unique creation.

    Love and Peaches XX♥

  • don't you feel hungry just with fruit? I am trying to go fruitarian but I get so hungry that I end up bingeing on kfc.

  • @LeppardPrintAnimal

Thank you for your comment ♥

I think that one needs to eat enough fruit for one's needs, and I found I needed to eat a greater volume of fruit at the beginning of my fruity journey.

I also feel that great quality fruit is very important, if fruit is lacking in nutrients, it may lead to a dissatisfaction.

Also try the denser fruits such as fresh Figs, fresh Dates, Avocados, Jackfruit, Durian, and Sapotes if you are feeling hungry.

    Love and Peaches XX♥

  • @fruitbatanne thanks for the reply. I've been reading the 30bananas a day website, and they are very insistent that people must eat at least 3000 calories a day of fruit, even if they aren't that hungry, even if it's making them gain unwanted weight. Do you agree with that? I want to go fruitarian but I can't eat quite that much, also I really want to lose weight.

  • @LeppardPrintAnimal

Thank you for your comment ♥

Personally, I have never counted calories; I think that the amount one needs to eat to feel optimum depends on the individual and where they are on their health journey.

For example, I needed to eat far more when I started on a raw diet than I do now to maintain my weight and energy.

I would never personally recommend eating more than a person feels comfortable with. I think that it is important to eat 'enough' rather than over or under eating.

  • @LeppardPrintAnimal just take more fruits when you are hungry or before getting hungry.

  • @LeppardPrintAnimal also the fruits need to be RIPE.

  • That's very interesting!

  • I have started looking into a fruitarian diet after losing 35kg from vegetarian eating over the last 7-8 months. At the moment i'm doing two meals a day total fruit intake and having a vegetarian meal at night. Because i do shift work i find it so easy to take fruit to work and my energy levels are much higher than previously. I've enjoyed watching your video. BTW you look great!

  • @John8verse32 good job! i lost 60 kilos on a vegan diet, i'm considering to swap to fruitarian for the last 10 kilos. I'm not sure though cause of the high sugar in fruits that might trigger my compulsive overeating (that made me that fat in the first place). I notice that too much fruit cause me to feel puffy, like, right now i had 7 fejioa fruit and i feel the skin under my chin as if i have a tripple chin although i'm skinny now. Is that expected or should i check it out?

  • Just for fun, even though I'm not a fruitarian, hell, I'm not even a vegetarian, I'm going to make a list of all fruits I've enjoyed at one point or another: apples, bananas, pears, oranges, nectarines, honeybelles, honeydew, watermelon, cantaloupe, grapes (my favorite, especially the reds), mangoes, strawberries, blueberries, kiwis, lemons (yes, I've eaten them whole before, but doesn't happen often), pineapple, peaches, plums. I've probably left out some.

  • i would puke out from so much sweet sugar

how about some green veggie juice to balance and get some healing powers in you?

  • @korvix

    Thank you for your comment.

I have found that a fruit diet works best for me personally and it is the diet that also suits me best ethically, but if green veggie juices work for you — enjoy them!

    Love and Peaches,

    from Anne XX♥

  • @korvix

Healing powers...for what?? Anne has no disease to heal from. Anyway...no foods have healing powers. Foods provide the raw materials for cell and tissue repair and replacement. The power to self heal is something that is innate in every living cell. Of course, most people compromise their body's ability to self heal by over eating junk and processed food so the body has to work overtime to get rid of the waste, leaving less nerve energy for repair of the body.

  • This woman is fantastik....period!

  • Okay, I want to do this but I have two questions...

    1) can I still eat peanuts? If not, how do I get my protein? Do fruits have them?

    2) How can I get vitamin B-12? Or do I even need it?

    Sorry for ignorance.

  • @TheCawOfTheCrow

Thank you for your questions ♥

    To answer:

    1) All fruits have protein in them; it is very rare to have protein deficiency if you are consuming enough calories for your needs, unless you have an issue absorbing or utilising protein.

If you feel a need for nuts, I would suggest true nuts (peanuts are a type of legume)eaten raw and freshly cracked.

Also whatever diet you are on, be aware of how your body is feeling and its individual needs.

    I will answer Question 2 below ♥

    To answer Question 2:

A perfectly healthy body should, in my opinion, be able to produce B12 in the gut and absorb B12.

a healthy gut contains bacteria which produce B12.

However, we live in a far from perfect world with past health issues, pollution, stress, and drugs, all of which can affect B12 production and assimilation.

So if your B12 is low, you can take a vegan B12 supplement.

I do not think supplements are ideal, but we do not always live in ideal circumstances ♥

  • @ismaelovic71

    Thank you for your comment.

Because I believe human beings have a very similar physiology to the frugivorous Anthropoid Apes, I do think that it is possible to be healthy on a raw fruit diet.

I accept that it might not be everyone's cup of Orange juice, but it is the diet that works best for me.

I think each food we eat brings consequences, and the best consequences, I feel, for myself and the planet is when I eat local, raw organic fruit.

    Love and Peaches XX ♥

  • @fruitbatanne I totally agree with you in the sense that we should eat locally grown organic whole foods. However, I do not subscribe to any diet or strict rules when it comes to eating. Being open-minded has to be an important part for anyone's experience and development on this planet. It's hard to rely on all this Anthropology stuff, it's fascinating but nut entirely accurate. I am just wondering why Fruits?

By the way, I love apples. 5*

  • @ismaelovic71

    Thank you for your comment.

I think we each need to make the dietary choices which we feel happy with.

I choose fruit because if it is of good quality, it tastes wonderful in its mono, raw and totally unprocessed state. All animals in the wild eat this way, whatever their diet they eat raw, mono and unprocessed.

Fruit appeals to me on many levels, taste, beauty, its environmental benefits, and I feel organically grown local fruit causes the least harm to other life.

    Thanks

  • @fruitbatanne I wish I could live off of just (sweet?) fruit, but it's impossible living in the state of Illinois in the USA. Farmer's markets only occur in the warm months, and even then, many of them push grains and vegetables, not fruits. The only way it would be possible would be to hook up with some company that imports organic fruit from around the world, else I'd die from lack of variety if I went on a straight fruit diet.

  • @rpmangin

Thank you for your comments ♥

  • @rpmangin Many people do mono fruit diet as a detox for many days before switching to some other fruit. They eat of lot of it so they never get hungry.

  • @Helenelalala I've heard that the only true way to detox though is to fast, because I've heard all eating is toxic. There is no such thing as toxin-free food.

  • @ismaelovic71 I probably spend five minutes a day flossing, but I save lots of time by eating simple fruit mono meals.

Yes, fruit can be dangerous, but only if you stand under a Durian tree at night.

    Love and Peaches XX.

  • @ismaelovic71 Paleo diet = such a vague description of eating. I know paleo crew that eat brownies, drink 5 cups of coffee a day, smoke bongs, eat pizza, pasta and chicken burgers.

But hey, they read some book by some paleo author and that means everything. ;)

  • @durianriders hey durianrider, If you have a problem with folks that follow the paleo lifestyle you should speak with them and sort it out in a civilised manner. I am personally not a vegan nor do I follow paleo but I have no problem with people who eat different to what I eat. I am just wondering

WHY DO MOST NON-MEAT EATER SO FULL OF ANGER?

    After all its just food!!!

  • What about mushrooms? I live for taste and would miss vegetables too much. Do you treat yourself at Christmas? Mmm potatoes, carrots, peas and parsnips. Oh well, more power to you Anne.

  • @Curse274 Thank you for your coment ♥

I sometimes eat Mushrooms, but they are not a staple for me.

I never relished vegetables in the way I do fruit, so my staples are sweet, juicy fruits.

To me fruits can have the most divine flavours — jammy Figs, fragrant Charentais Melons, vivid Blood Oranges ♥

I love fruit and find that eating mono meals of fruit really enhances the flavour nuances.

Also, I feel, fruit is at its best eaten raw.

    Christmas might mean Durian!

    Love and Peaches XX ♥

  • @fruitbatanne Wow that was quick! I plan to turn vegetarian when I'm 26 and fruitarian in my old age. I'm a 21 year old athlete now but not making a lot of money so I have to eat a lot of sardines to keep my muscle mass (I stopped once but lost a stone in 1 month!). One day I will return my debt to the ocean...

P.S. There's nothing quite like Grapefruit, red grapes and pecans for breakfast :)

  • What's your favorite juicer, may i ask? I have champion but it's not designed to juice leafy greens very well. I use my Vitamix soft fruits, but i juice the harder veggies like carrots & apples etc..Thanks!

  • @TheCrosswind

Thank you for your comment ♥

I love my hand-held Norpro Orange juicer, also my Tupperwear hand-juicer.

I also like the Breville Juice Fountain for juicing citrus.

At home, I usually only juice citrus, so I am probably not the best person to ask about juicing other fruits and veggies.

Wishing you a Beautiful Day ♥

  • Please make a vid about your supposedly raw son at 14 years age since birth. Or send me a pic of him to me so I can share this astonishing scientific discovery.

  • @patryksky

My elder son was on a raw diet from birth to 14 years of age.

He is now 18 and his diet now includes raw and cooked food.

He has asked me not to post photos of him on the internet, and I respect his decision.

His health was excellent when he was on a raw diet; he had none of the usual childhood illneses and has no cavities in his teeth.

I do not think this is an astonishing scientific discovery, all animals in the wild eat a raw diet from birth.

    Love and Peaches XX.

  • @fruitbatanne They don't eat the same food we do their raw berries vary much differently than our hybrid and sweeter versions of fruits. And animals are opportunists, they're not militant and hell bent on eating a certain kind of food. After bush fires, volcanic eruptions, animals eat the cooked corpses left behind. Nature isn't your friend. It doesn't do everything in your favor, it's indifferent. If it wanted you to be amazingly healthy all the time Ebola and natural disasters wouldn't exist

  • @shiftyshard

    Thank you for your comment.

I agree that animals approach their diet in an instinctive way, whilst we humans tend to think about our diet a lot.

I do feel that Nature is my friend though, and I really appreciate her beautiful bounty. But then I am very fortunate to live in an area with abundant fruit all year round.

Wishing you a Happy and Fruitful Day XX.

  • @fruitbatanne Why does nature create tornadoes, hurricanes, earth quakes, tidal wives, volcanoes, Ebola, and other very harmful things if it's our friend, then? Have you ever been stuck by a cactus or agave plant? Actually, if you lived out in the bush in Australia for a year and came back alive and uninjured and were able to tell me nature is our friend, maybe I'll take you a little more seriously... Until I then I'll just think you're another new age nut bullshitting.

  • @shiftyshard

We are all free to chose our own friends.

I don't think humans are at the centre of the World, so I feel that not every occurence, plant, or animal will necessarily be human-friendly.

But that does not mean I don't think that Nature is Wonderful.

So we may have to agree to disagree; and I think that fruit-eaters are allowed to be a bit nuts occasionally.

    Love and Peaches XX.

  • @fruitbatanne Well said!

  • @shiftyshard OK,,If you are aware of any environment, you can understand the Ying and Yang of being..there HAS to be some form of Chaos, in order to balance things out..the earth itself goes thru stages of cleansing and transformation..either thru natural disasters and the like..everything is not sunshine and lollipops..anyone that thinks too safe is bound to trip on their own cloud...you cannot learn and experience anything new, if you cannot handle adversity of some sort.

  • @shiftyshard

Nature has been nurturing you since day one, unless you came out of space holding up a double cheeseburger.

  • so you have been eating a fruitarian diet for over 18 years and you have not one dental cavity in all those years? that hard to believe if you didnt. I know some raw vegans who had more than 10 cavities from their diet

  • @patryksky

Thank you for your comment ♥

I did get some cavities in the first few years.

I think one reason was because I was eating dried fruit, and not cleaning my teeth as well as I could have done.

But in the last 15 years my teeth have been good; I try to eat fruit grown on mineral rich soils, and I try to eat properly ripe fruit, and I clean my teeth before I eat the acidic ph fruits.

I also think that the teeth can be channels for elimination.

    Love and Peaches XX.

  • Can eating too much fruit harm teeth?

  • @smoky2004

Thank you for your comment ♥

I personally believe that if fruit is under ripe or unripe, it can have an effect on the tooth enamel.

Also, I believe that teeth need to be cleaned well after eating dried fruit, because it can stick to the teeth.

And I feel that we need to access great quality fruit, grown in good soils, as this fruit contains good levels of minerals.

But a diet of properly ripe fresh fruit will not, I believe, negatively effect teeth.

    Love and Peaches XX.

  • @fruitbatanne

Although I'm not fruitarian, vegan or vegetarian I do eat a lot of fruit and the enamel on my teeth seems to be wearing away slowly, although it could be from over-brushing or too many sugary drinks, sodium fluoride in toothpaste and tap water etc. (although now I try to drink only bottled mineral water).

Out of curiosity, why do you exclude vegetables from your diet too?

  • @smoky2004

    Thank you for your comment.

I think it is best to brush teeth before eating the ph acidic fruits such as Pineapplea and citrus. If you brush afterwards you can brush the fruit acids into the enamel.

If you are having issues with enamel, it might be best to ensure all the fruit you eat is properly ripe, and also to rinse the mouth with pure water after eating ph acidic fruits.

    Love and Peaches XX.

  • @smoky2004

I do not eat vegetables because I am not attracted to eating them, and also eating organically grown fruit, I feel, creates the least amount of killing both of plants and animals..

    Love and Peaches XX.

  • @smoky2004

Eat a low fat diet to avoid dental complications.

  • Try rawpaleo

  • @patryksky

Thank you for your comment ♥

However, I am a vegan for ethical reasons, so I would not eat animal products.

I am fortunate that my diet works well for my health as well as being ethically acceptable to myself.

    Love and Peaches XX.

  • Dear VeganExposer,

    Thank you for your comment.

I think that personal experience is vital in whatever diet we adopt.

We can read a heap of books and listen to other's ideas and experiences, but I think the bottom line is how that diet works for you as an individual.

The fruit diet works very well for me, and it is wonderful that it also that it fits in with my ethics.

    Love and Peaches XX.

  • @fruitbatanne just wondering..do you take pills to balance what you lose from not eating the other kinds of foods...and are you really satisfied with your diet or is it something that you enjoy doing? If you are cheked by a doctor regularly and have daily energy to do what you have to do, then there is no reason why you cant go on like this..but i serious doubt that you will be ok with just eating fruit..there is a reason why created all kinds of food in this world.

  • @michaeldumessa

    Dear Michaeldumessa,

    Thank you for your comment.

I normally do not supplement, but I did take B12 when I was pregnant and breastfeeding.

I love my diet, have just shared two amazing Malaysian Durians with my son, and there is nothing on Earth I would rather be eating.

So I feel very very satisfied.

I have plenty of energy and have been on this diet for over 18 years.

I feel that fruit is a food that, for me anyhow, cannot be beaten; it is perfect the way it was created.

  • @fruitbatanne if you have the energy like you said and that you enjoy eating it, then that must be cool for you. May be God has blessed you in this wolrd so that you dont have to waste time cooking or buy other expensive food.

  • Spread tthis everywhere. T. Colin Campbell is a FRAUD and deliberately LIED in The CHina Study book.

Googfle "Denise MInger China Study" for PROOF.

You cannot defend or reference The China Study anymore, you vegan retards. The actual findings are NOT what Campbell has said. CONFROINT HIM.

  • @VeganExposer It's already been established that Denise misinterpreted the China Project monolograph. She is not an epidemiologist or a scientist who is qualified to interpret the raw data made available by Dr Campbell. As Dr Campbell says - "We discussed data use and misuse on pp. 54-82 of the China Project monograph that curiously was overlooked by Masterjohn and Jay'Y"'. - Richard Nikoley, Anthony colpo, Masterjohn, JayY and Denise are all our of their league. Eat some more fruit.

  • @VeganExposer

so go eat some cow already.

  • @VeganExposer

Campbell himself adopted a vegan diet as a result of the undebunkable evidence of his study.

Of course the dairy and meat industry hired their defensive pack of vicious shills in order to safeguard their disease provoking business.

  • what is your comment on the video 'The dangers of too much fruit' posted on youtube.

  • @DBhavnani

    Dear DBhavnani,

I do not think my diet is necessarily the diet for everyone.

We each have to take out own path.

Some folk get along much better on a diet with many greens and litttle fruit..

So I think that we have to find the path that works for us personally; and for me it is a fruit diet.

With any diet, I feel we need to listen to our body and how our current diet is working for us.

    Love and Peaches XX.

  • Eating too much fruits per day may increase the Triglycerides level. Generally it is not advisable to have more than 3 fruits per day and not to have any fruit juices at all.

Better to have just 3 fruits (and preferably fruits low in GI index like berries, cherries, peaches, plums and apples) and lots of green vegetables like kale, pak choi, watercress, broccoli, spinach etc.

Not more than 3 fruits per day, lots of green vegetables, lentils, beans, quinova, amaranth and wholegrains every day.

  • @DBhavnani

    Dear DBhavnani,

    Thank you for your concern.

I had my Triglyceride levels checked, after 18 years on a fruit diet.

The result 1.1 mmol/L, where the 'normal' range is 0.3–4.0mmol/L.

So I feel that for me at least eating a fruit diet will bring about healthy triglyceride levels.

Wishing you a Happy Day ♥

    Love and Peaches,

    from Anne XX.

  • @fruitbatanne

Science generally tends to look at effect on majority and not a few exceptions when arriving at results. In the words of a famous surgeon 'It's like getting through a busy four-way intersection that has no traffic signs or stoplights; a few people will make it across unscathed, but many more will be injured - or will perish'.

Having too many fruits may increase triglycerides level. High triglycerides level is not good for the heart.

    Best wishes.

  • @DBhavnani

@DBhavnani 'It's like getting through a busy four-way intersection that has no traffic signs or stoplights; a few people will make it across unscathed, but many more will be injured - or will perish'

Those are the exact type of exceptions that good and honest science is capable of discriminating.

Eat fruit if you want to be healthy.

  • @fruitbatanne I can say the same as Anne, Ive looked at the triglycerides of some big time fruit eaters including myself and have seen low triglycerides.

I put my bloods up frequently. If your really interested, look up 'raw vegan blood tests'.

  • thank you anne! xxxooo, richard

  • i have to go to the market almost everyday lol

  • Loved your video Ann, especially all the images of various fruits and berries.

  • @PiedPiper97601

    Thank you.

Love and Peaches to You XX.

  • Thank you for your kind words .

Wishing you a Beautiful Day XX.

  • You are just beautiful!

  • i can't imagine life without greens, personally.

  • I like Big Macs.

  • ok well for some people it may be worth the gamble.

  • i am not speaking of PERFECT things such as fruit.

of course i am speaking of imperfection - this which cause cancer. then u go and say 'these are not fruit' NO BODY SAID THEY ARE. sOme people are addicted to dairy and they love raw cheese and milk like that lady u r arguing with and that is what i am talking about. she seems fine. of course fruit is the ultimate but evidently not every body is able to live on just fruit in this lifetime.

  • I tried a total fruit diet for 9 months and as a man I went from 155lb, 6ft to 115 so i had to stop it.,but no teeth problems. Raw milk I find is fantastic. I ate 1/2 lb of raw cheese a day for 1 yr and my hair turned from partial grey to brown and at 59 I have no gray hair. I believe in raw foods of all types. The 80 10 10 diet seems the best.

  • @ssssaaafff If u exercise, u can maintain heavier weight if you're worried about your image at the expense of disease risk.

Cow milk has IGF-1, promoting tumor growth.

  • Raw milk cures and pasteurized kills. You don't know enough. Women testified here in Calf. to save raw milk how asthma was stopped in their children by raw milk. Milk cures and other truths.

    realmilk dotcom/milkcure.html

  • @ssssaaafff I have no doubt people are using cow milk as an herbal remedy but while milk may be a treatment for certain diseases of poverty, it contributes to diseases of affluence. u can also supplement w/cow milk to strengthen bones (for instance) if u are lacking calcium in your diet but then the insulin growth factor 1 increases tumor growth at the same time.

Dropping the mucus-forming foods also reduces or prevents asthma too. u don't need to trade disease risks for milk.

  • You could not of read that entire site to learn so that is what most people do. They won't research and try all view points after a full study because that would shake their foundation. I read it all and have tried raw milk products for over 2 with no mucus at all. Have you done as much to make your statements. NOTTT

  • @ssssaaafff You could not have read all the entire sites I've read either. The fact remains IGF-1 IS in raw or pasteurized milk.

'tried milk products for over 2 with no mucus'

Proteinaceous foods are difficult to digest. Cow milk has 3 times the casein of human milk. Mucus is naturally produced in higher quantities to protect against undigested proteins that would rot inside. The mucus is built up over months and years on high protein diets.

I have experience with exclusionary diets.

  • I've lived 3 times for 9months on just raw vegan so I can compare. You undoubtedly used pasteurized milk not raw. I lived the last 3yr on all cooked food and raw cheese and now going back raw vegan and raw milk using the 80 10 10 principle where my fat and protein will come from dairy. At 59 I feel physically no different than 21 without any aches or pain or disease. I sleep like a contended baby day or night, I have no set sleep schedule. I'm on call 24 hr a day.

  • 'I've lived 3 times for 9 months on just raw vegan'

While u yo-yoed off different diets, what caused u to fail each time? u mention u aren't getting excess mucus from raw milk, why would u bring that up? Raw fruit diets are mucus cleansing and cannot be topped for the reduced mucus formed..

Unless u maintained high fat/protein diets w/nuts, avocado, coconuts and bananas while yo-yoing, there is nothing raw milk could add. Any milk would be a compromise to varied fruit diet from rich soil.

  • @ssssaaafff ''I lived the last 3yr on all cooked food and raw cheese and now going back raw vegan and raw milk'

If u really did a raw vegan diet with success, there would be no natural reason to go back to cooked/omnivarian diet. If u can't see the difference between a raw vegan diet w/all the back and forth you've done, you probably made head-strong decisions to suddenly do diet overhauls and didn't do it gradually enough.

Protein is in fruit. How much protein are u striving for?

  • my raw diets were low on fat, once 100% fruit. To me it's not dogma but to experiment with and see how I feel. I don't need much protein and if you knew the 80 10 10 diet which is 80% calories from raw fruits and vegetables and 10% from fat and 10% from protein. And as usual you don't speak from experience but just some one else's dogma. When you have tried raw milk in small quantities then I will know to listen but you Your the one that preaches mucus that is why I brought it up. rawmilk com

  • @ssssaaafff 'I don't need much protein'

No human does. There is 1% protein in breast milk...

    '10% from protein'

    Wow....

    'you don't speak from experience'

I was on your standard American diet and I tried high protein diets too...

  • Chrisisms EVERYthing has something which causes cancer, that is why we human beings get cancer every DAY.

thanks to our immune system fighting it off day to day it never does show up (except in cases of weaken immune system).

You can say the same thing about just breathing city air, using cell phones, watching monitors, towers, just about EVERYthing.

If raw milk has something which causes cancer but strengthens the immune system then that statement u made is cancelled out.

  • @stedyplotn EVERYthing has something which causes cancer'

Blueberries do NOT cause cancer. 'EVERYthing' does NOT cause cancer. In fact, some things (fruit/lettuce/sprouts) are ANTIcarcinogenic with ANTIoxidants. If you're alluding to carcinogens from pollution or something outside the fruit, that's a different topic.

'You can say the same thing about just breathing city air'

    Non-sequitor.

    'city air' =/= Fruit .

    'cell phones' =/= fruit.

    towers =/= fruit.

    'watching monitors'???

  • @stedyplotn 'if raw milk has something which causes cancer but strengthens the immune system'

Don't get me wrong, I'm all for raw, human breast milk.

It's the raw cow milk that requires the gambling you're alluding to (i.e.- trade one disease for another).

    Real food doesn't cause disease.

  • you are so right. ive never met a gloomy fruitarian.

  • fruit its almost 100 percent of my diet, but mostly bacause its cheap and i dont have time to cook... i get some sushi too, i dont like bread so i dont eat it very often... i havent cooked anything in months

  • Deat TuttiOfruti ♥,

I hope you are feeling well and enjoying your fruit ♥

    Love and Peaches XX

  • yep, iven if i didnt go for it voluntarily i coulnt be much happier with my diet, i feel with a lot of energy even though i ride a bike wherever i go and i work at lot...

    I love peaches and strawberies

  • I went on a high animal meat diet to lose 13 stone with some lettuce and other greens, and my urine acidity went to pH 5, should be 7. I developed crystals in my knees due the acidity. I moved onto fruits and green leaves and it went to 7-8 as long as I stayed of my supplemental fish oil. But my joints hurt and I can't sleep well on this diet. So I am confused. Looking at Dr Stanley Bass studies sugests frutarianism is not the optimal diet... he did studies with mice. Do you sleep well?

  • Dear Catherine8here,

i sleep really well, like a baby.

If your joints are hurting and you are not sleeping well, then it would seem that there is something less than optimal in your diet.

I never would say that the fruit diet is the 'best' for everyone.

Our past histories and our forebears diets and lifestyle greatly influence our present health.

I am not in favour of any animal experimentation, and mice are certainly not physiologically designed to be frugivores, as are humans.

  • In addition, it may be that you are still eliminating from your high animal flesh diet. The body cleanses and heals at its own pace. What is it that keeps you from restful sleep?

    Love and Peaches XX ♥

  • What do U advise? Why would it not be suitable 4 me but gr8 for U? Is it hot where you are all the time?

  • Dear Catherine8here,

I have had a successful time on a fruit diet in England too, so a warm climate helps but is not essential.

The way I see it, to be successful on a fruit diet:

    1) one needs to be ready for it physically. Transition diets can help here.

    2) One needs access to good quality fruit.

    3) One needs to be mentally ready and have faith in the diet.

I also do not feel that it is appropriate for me to tell anyone else what their ideal diet is.

    Love and Peaches XX ♥
