  • I've always heard you're supposed to do 3 days of weight training, and 3 of cardio. is this true? Is it possible to mix this with a 10 minute cardio exercise as well for seeing results? (While still being sake of course.)

  • i don't know how, but i managed to complete days 1, 2 and 5 without stopping . without stretching in between , and without giving up. im hoping i have the will power to eat right when i see food tmw !

  • These are great. I'm doing the boot camp workouts plus one lower body and upper body work out and your jump start cardio. You make working out so easy. I've been working out for years now but I'm having a lot of fun with your videos. :)

  • Nicole, will doing these workouts really help me lose weight off my stomach? ...if i do the swimsuit work outs and sit ups and go for a 20 minutes walk every day, how long until i lose around 10 pounds of stomach fat? i also eat 4-6 small meals a day and drink 6 bottles of water every day... please write back!!

  • you don't need to drink so much water because there is water in food already. but water is always good

  • Well you should be drinking 8+ cups of water everyday, and that is taking into consideration how much food you eat everyday as well.

  • I've added this to my workout. I now do the Day 1 10 minute bootcamp workout, the day 2 10 minute bootcamp workout, the 10 minute kickboxing workout, and a 20 minute walk everyday. Tomorrow I'll add the day 3 workout to my current workout, then soon day seven. That'll end up being 90 minutes of working out per day, woohoo!!!! I like how easy these videos are to follow.

  • Really love these workouts, but I don't think you will get in shape in a week by doing one video a day. I do the jumping cardio everyday and then the bikini workout afterwards. You need more cardio than this to burn fat. Yet I love these videos, really good for working out your legs. I swear my ass has changed shape in the last 2 days!

  • On the Sparkpeople website, where these are from, the bootcamp 'plan' includes a 30-60 min. cardio workout of your choice on days 2-6, and these vids for toning.

  • Good god, I did the cardio yesterday, let me tell you, I FELT it, I was in pain going up and down stairs. haha. I'm doing the swimsuit boot camp just cause I need to get ins hape, and my legs are feeling it again. xD

  • They usually recommend using cans of soup or full bottles of water in place, or something similar. I used jars of peanut butter! =)

  • I love these sparkpeople workouts. This one, I had to be careful for my knees. They hurt a little.

  • nicole is a great teacher!! i enjoyed this workout alot, not as high intensity as day 1 tho gives your body time to recover

    My legs were like....yelling at me the whole day yesterday. But I don't think I've gotten as good of a workout from a free video more than I did with these ^__^;
