The ending is actually a happy ending for Terrorblade.

After Terroblade dies, he described his surroundings exactly like he did right at the beginning of the movie. then, he said 'as if i see...' and the movie ends. at the beginning of the movie, he said 'as if i see her faint smile there again'. mirana and terrorblade died together and stay together forever after. if you actually understand this part, it's really a better ending than using sunder on mirana.

Mirana died with 1 hit coz she was heavily injured before, in the battle against scourge. Its not that she is that weak and dies with 1 hit. Look at min. 0:56:11

Honestly, I've never seen any better DotA movie than this one. I really appreciate your effort you put into this project, and I give you "thumbs up" with a hope for another DotA movie coming soon even though Dota2 has been released. This movie is DAMN OWESOME!! Although at first I ignored it cause of the 1 hour long movie when my friends introduce this to me.. BUT IT IS SERIOUSLY WORTH WATCHING MAN! The story is so touching and meaningful. The ending is just great that TB finally regain consciousness and end it at the right way, although it is a sad ending :')
