@xhmf1423 Yes, I did. I got a new SIM card and registered it with the iPhone's information it asks, with the phone unlocked. And when I popped the SIM card in it worked. But if you have a SIM that is more than 6 months old you'll be able to use that.

I have the option to attach pictures to my SMS's already & the "MMS" feature is ON under messages in settings. My Cellular Data Network settings have been configured automatically too by the ATT APN Profile. Phone still FAILS to deliver messages. Haven't tried receiving.

@mubarak4you u broke yah phone u have to hol on to the home button for about 10 seconds and while ur still holding it connect the usb cable ( while plugged into the computer ) into yah ihpone and continue holding home button till u c the connect to itunes ..then it will tell u u have to restore because iphone found in recovery mode...this happened to me 2 times in 1 day man.. hopefully u already backed up your iphone data ...all u have to do is restore it to 3.1.2 and jailbreak with blackra1n

I am not sure you might want to try to reset the network settings. Go to Settings--General--Reset--Rese­t Network Settings. If that doesnt work you may need a new SIm card and no i am not sure why this works but it does at least for 1 out of 2 people it does.
