Difference:

MicroSD is the universal standard format (so cheaper)

M2 is the Sony standard (so more expensive) so it should work with any SE phones... like yours...

But both of it are memory cards...

question ---- HOW DID U MANAGE 2 put it in in the slot ?? m2 and micro sd NOT THE SAME SIZE!

in w910i to put m2 --- u have to cling it in i.e jst like ur k850i...

in w910i to put m2 -- u just put it in the slot even though its above and not down and then there you leave dat and then YO it basically FALLS in the slot refusing to come out THAT's the condition , jst bcuz the micro sd is smaller than the m2 !

Suggestions- To have a cheaper m2 (that's not sO expensive) is the SANDISK !ull get 4gb

Yeah u need to insert the µSD with the pin upside down compared to the M2, try to insert it slowly & straight along the slot's rail... Keep me posted. If u can upload a video of ur experience, it would be gr8!

however when i took my frnds 5310s micro sd card it went inside like its like k850i 's slot, u have to push it in and like that

PROBLEM - DO NOT TRY IT ON a w910i AT LEAST i dont know ow u managed to put it in (like it fitted) whereas in w910i it just like felll inside no need to click it like (u no the slot)

thank God it didnt go FULL or it was Stuck!!!

U're damn right, M2 cards are very expensive but i'm so sorry coz i dunno whether it will work on your K810i coz i dont have all Sony-Ericsson phones but just my K850i which actually has a problem with the middle touch key: it is like automatically keying so i cannot use it anymore...

If anyone knows how to repair this thing... pls post a comment! ;)

I didnt modify anything...

Try on ur S500 but the slot on a K850i is a push-push kind with spring... u know when u insert the card, it makes a clic then to remove it, u have to push again & another clic is heard... Hope it'll work on ur phone too ;)

I didn't try it on my s500 because if it gets stuck its going to be really hard to get it out, even the m2 is hard to get it out XD

so I tried it on my w610 but it didn't work :/
