Toontown is pretty much dead. It still has old style graphics and it gets rarely updated with new content plus it requires you to pay. Even free Korean MMO's are better.

@woterx well, have a few more games and decorations for toon parties, and there's this new icon next to the friends list call toon news for the amusing, and if you noticed there's theses props that are coming to live on the streets so you'll see fire hydrants, trash cans, and and mail boxes come to live that will help you in street battles, and there's this think at toon hall called the silly meter, it's this big crazy machine, it was to big that they changed the whole toon hall, cool huh.
