No driver training! One could just pay and get driver's licence without even single day of training. That is a true fact for the most parts of India. So you have whole bunch of untrained driver's driving around.
A man who never drove in his life, all the sudden gets a car from his INLAWS as part of the dowry and now he's a driving around( without any training) at 120 KM per hour. If Police stop him, he'd bribe his way out. Millions like him. DANGER! STAY AWAY! WATCH YOURSELF PEOPLE
The main reason for this pathetic state of indian roads is lack of a long-term vision on the part of politicians who always have their eyes set on the next election and not on long-term propsperity of the country. What we need to resolve this problem is educate the citizens about what is really good for them so that they will hopefully elect only the right people to power. Very often, the problem is that, almost all the politicians are corrupt !
why don't they have freaking lines or lights on the roads?
