Is the loco equipped with any pre-heating equipment for coolant and/or oil, or is this not possible at all?

@CreRay no this class 31 doesn't have it fitted

This is not an engine, it's a diesel humidifier. It seems that, even at the end of the video, it's still not running on all cylinders.

Unless you get the fuel for free, pre-heating the coolant and oil would save a lot of money, plus it's a lot better for the engine too.
