You people complain too much. I have virgin mobile, and this is the cheapest phone company ever. Also, you don't have to use your credit card, just buy a damn top up card and top that shit up. It's fucking easy.. All phone lags, make calls, text etc.. But if you're smart, you get a virgin mobile because the plan is fucking cheap. You know why you people complain? Because you can't afford an IPHONE so you take it out on VIRGIN MOBILE... If you just make calls, text then get a virgin. You virgins.

@chasity123289 simple fix its because of pressure in a certain spot. remove the back covery and battery take a pise of computer paper and fold it into 4 pieces then lay it were the batter would go being sure not to let it touch the metal strips then simply put the battery back in and power up the phone this should fix the problem (:

I have this. I don't like it, it lags all the time, shuts off randomly, sometimes doesn't send/receive messages and deletes my pictures all the time. Tomorrow I am upgrading to the Optimus Slider also by Virgin Mobile. I'm excited for it. :D

I had an Optimus V for one month,and after I had it for 2 weeks it started to give me problems. Calls to India, only irritated me. Eventually I took it back, and had to settle for a store credit. Not sure why? I had the receipt. The card was non-refundable.

@KaizLover Virgin used to be better than they are now. They had some decent flip phones, and I had one in 2005. That worked very well, once they went into smart phones they had problems. I was trying to save some money, I admit it. I should have just stayed with T-Mobile. Plus when you call to get technical support, you get some company in India. I wasted two hours with them.

But this phone is a great phone.

This is a good phone for only $25 a month. Does everything I need: email, texting, Internet surfing, YouTube, phone calls, memos, MP3, photos, etc. Sure it isn't an Android but it's fantastic for what it does at a great price.

got this phone last year. best phone ive had so far but its like my 5th phone with different providers everytime. cheapest service i could find at the time 25 a month for unlimited text. and i never use all 300 min. reception in the country where i live sucks so much ass i chuck my phone every time a mess fails. hits a wall and blasts apart with the battery and cover. still works though. though service in cities is excellent. touch screen sucks compared to ipod touch.

First the phone's screen is not that responsive and if you leave it in your pocket it turns off or on (which ever you had it) And sometimes it makes calls too while in your pocket without any pressure in the spot. And the service, horrible. I send 5 texts, in perfect signal and have to restart my phone to keep sending texts. That happens every 5-10 texts.

This phone would be nice if the touch screen was not resistance/crappy. I took my back because of it. Also had problems such as error code 32 or 34 all the time, as well as my LG rumor 2 from sprint (error sending messages). a lot more issues as far as internal design as well (software and menu options).
