Nobody with more soul than Donny. He was so great! I'm a 57 year old white man, but I must have a powerful African American facet in my soul because to this day Donny still inspires me, still moves me. I'll say it again: No one has more soul than Donny. The man could grab you by the heart! I still miss him terribly. So great. Just so great was he!

I own almost everything this man ever recorded on tapes, vinyl, or CD. I fell in love with his voice when I was about 3 years old. I never knew who sang "This Christmas" until I was a young man. When I discovered the name Donny Hathaway I started collecting ALL of his music because his voice is like no other voice I've ever heard. His daughter continues his legacy today. One time for REAL music, y'all! Thanks for posting, and keep on giving YouTube some SOUL! 1love...

you are very welcome. i really appreciate positive comments about donny. his music is the only music that truly touches me and makes me think. if there are any other tracks off this album that arent currently on youtube that you would like to hear i will gladly post a vid of them.
