O.K. I admit it...I watch this infinitely profound movie once a month.. I very much appreciated the character of Lawson, he was the the glue to Bobby Long...oh, and the music was the perfect frosting...did I forget to mention, I fell in love with Bobby Long.

Actually the movie did poorly at home but was very successful abroad, quoting from Wikipedia: A Love Song For Bobby Long earned "$164,308 domestically and $1,676,952 in foreign markets for a total worldwide box office of $1,841,260". I personally was mesmerized by the place, the actors, the story and the music !

This is one of my favorite movies. I watched this with my sister, who was broken and felt invisible, ironically since she was such a force. She died 12/24/2010. I can't help but feel that she is still around me, in the air, the light, the music, my smile. I miss her so. I am so glad that we shared this movie. The movie and my sister haunt me.

Ok so i wached the behind the scenes thing for this on dvd and well..there was somthin up with john when they interviewd him he seemed stoned but sad at the same time idk if somone else saw that please let me know cuz i wuld like to now if u agree with me i doubt he was stoned but i said out load alone in my room "somthins up with him"
