i got an idea lets tax the people of california out of exsistance and all the jobs in calfiornia are government jobs. yeah lets get rid of 5th amement and the 2nd amendement of the constituion no body flows that any more. A bunch of nonsense about this guy hinting prop13 needs an overhaul. Stop spending! No more emergency room freebees for illegals for baby with sniffles. No more food stamps for illegals. no more baby born in the US = citizen, by mom who just hopped the fence.

That is what I have been saying. Create a frenzy and scare everyone into thinking we need to raise taxes! Too much spending and bending over to the teachers unions! They need to stop the spending and not provide services that are not essential to running our state and keeping us safe.

Hey, I know what would fix our financial problems. We need to make more "revenues"(taxes) available to state government. Grey Davis didn't tax, oops, I meant revenue and spend enough, neither has Arnold. If we just keep digging ourself deeper into debt, we will surely pull our state out of this downward spiral. There's nothing that spurs economic growth more, than taking more money from already struggling taxpayers, Goddamnit, I mean revenue providers, and giving it to government.

It couldn't be that the government is simply SPENDING too much! It couldn't be the high salaries, benefits, pensions, and low performance, of government workers! It couldn't POSSIBLY be the fact that our borders are wide open, and we are educating the third world! It couldn't have anything to do with the buisiness climate; all the taxes and regulations. No kidding! Have you seen some of the salaries, pension plans, and benefit packages of these so-called "public SERVANTS"(masters)? Everyone I've known that has worked for the government has said they'd NEVER go back to the private sector. They didn't want to go back WORKING for a living. How can they think the people can afford more taxes? Are these bureaucrats delusional? They need to take MATH COURSES, the ones they flunked back in high school.

I"m kind of hoping that it has reached the point of collapse. Like you said, there aren't enough people in the private sector to support the salaries, benefits, and pensions of all the cubicle slugs. I work until 10:00 or 11:00 or 2:00AM if I have to, six days a week. I get no benefits, or pension, and my "salary" SUCKS!

The government is COMPLETELY OUT OF CONTROL!!!
