  • i jogged fot 2 mounths every day for 5 kilometers and i mannaged to lose belly fat ... I also changed myy eating habits i stoped iting snacks ...

  • @915olivares1 been there. you're going to have to change your eating habits, stop eating late, eat an early dinner, and increase your cardio big time. once you achieve what the results you're looking for, you can binge every now and then or eat those foods in moderation.

  • @915olivares1 Focus more on how you Feel after you workout rather trying to see results... If you notice you have more energey every day and start feeling energized after you eat then you on your way...
