@hallowedcarnality I believe the up loader is probably putting these up for experienced pole dancers. However for the people who are watching these videos and trying advanced moves without proper training or experience should be taking responsibility for their own safety as most do. The more people that learn that its an art/ fitness experience the more people that will be wanting to take your classes so chill out.
If you have any tips for this one too I'd be grateful... sometimes I grip too hard and grind to a halt before I can switch to the inside leg, and sometimes I lose my grip completely in the switch and slide down. I can switch legs no problem usually, but trying to spin it is eluding me.
Where does most grip come from - the legs or between the arm and side?
And please don't let hallowedcarnality's comments put you off. I am an adult and take responsibility for my own safety.
@CaitlinMidori Ideally we would recommend finding a PDC approved instructor who can teach you the move as describing things over the internet can lead to confusion and poor technique. Start by learning the Flying Back Hook so you can get lots of momentum as you enter the move. Check the free online syllabus on our website to watch in slow mo.
@Hallowedcarnality...I would like to point out that this is no more than a snippet from any online video posted by any other poledancer just like yourself. Posting a 10-second clip of one move is no more pole dance instruction than posting a 3-minute clip of many moves.
Providing this kind of info for free... Steals from us ALL!
We who depend on teaching for a living!
It puts people in danger... Providing only a demo without proper safety instruction promotes people attempting moves they are not physically ready for.
How do u live with yourself?? Knowing u are hurting people and stealing from the pole dance community!
@hallowedcarnality What a strange comment? The PDC is run by pole dancers for pole dancers and our youtube channel is designed to aid the classification of the syllabus. Our channel is not a teaching aid, however there are numerous online lesson providers out there. Really we owe our industry to resources such as Pantera's Pole Tricks 101 and Fawnia Mondey-Dietreich's first pole video for inspiring millions of pole dancers.
Schöne Figur , vielleicht schaffe ich die in 2 Jahren auch einmal .... Falls unsere Trainer genügend Geduld mit mir haben .
