@FR33DOMK1D I think he has some uncanny ability to be both places, as he was in the dream bubbles whilst he was asleep--as well as the fact that he says that things in the dream bubble place are now 2D, so perhaps he's capable of having one foot in each place, per se? Also, Aradia said that the trolls and two kids would come and bring his body with. I had that same question earlier this morning >3<.

@kajiuzu Now for the explanation for two Solluxes after reading Hussie's tumblr. In the Furthest Ring, space and time are distorted. Sollux's dreambubble self can be out while he's awake because time is all shifted around in the Furthest Ring. Sollux from the dream bubble and present Sollux aren't necessarily in the same time space.

Jade and John escaped the Scratch via breaking the fourth wall stolen from Jack Noir's office. They currently reside in a "yellow yard" in their creator's/AH workshop. They planned on bringing Rose, Dave and the surviving Trolls to that place. How they do it, don't know yet.
