I'm not certain what "Zack and Miri" is but, I think the first time the song got any real recognition was when it was played during the end credits of an episode of Sealab 2021.

He had a [nearly] regular role on the show as "Hesh". Plus, he also voiced a character for Aqua Teen Hunger Force, MC Pee Pants, who was killed and subsequently reincarnated several times as the same persona with a different name.
