  • Hey Sean, really enjoyed the video! Question - Do you recommend any type of pre-brining for wild rabbit that i've hunted. I imagine coming from a farmer the rabbits you use have a diet that is more controlled and therefore there is no gamey taste like with wild rabbit. Looking forward to hearing your response. Thanks!   • @Apvatar3000 It's quite a dry meat, needs an aquired taste, and if you cook it use lots of sauce.

  • you most likely know this but on the back legs thers a whitish looking tendon on the knee area im sure ull know what im talking about when you see it. before cooking cut that tendon with a knife and itl stop the meat clenching up abit and itl be a softer meat. thanks great video
