Truth be told this song is very easy so are all of Tomlins stuff. And I'm not sure if the audio got jacked when u put it on YouTube. If it didn't u kinda suck but sound like u might get a lot better. And u won't get better with songs like this. Try playing some Fred hammond or israel houghton

Just a little feedback. I know you get nothing but positive comments, but... you really need to work on tightening up. Watch your videos of yourself and see that you are off tempo everywhere. I know fills are fun, but if you can't pull them off flawlessly, don't play them. Don't ever settle for one bad stroke. PLAY LESS - you're WAY too BUSY! Use more dynamics, create tension, and resolve. Put the music first. Skip the double stroke rolls for now, practice them in private first.

no doubt friend. I totally agree. I would never play this way now. lol. I look back and laugh at myself. Actually I made these vids to help myself. If you look at my newer stuff, you'll see how far I've progressed, but I leave these vids up hoping they will help someone more than hurt. thanks for the sound advice. I totally agree, being busy can take away from a song.

Sorry for that "bad" comment but I play the drums because I love them so much, that drumming is a big part of my life, i am adicted to them and because it gives me the opportunity to act out my feelings through them . Not because I want to stand in the benefit of good by serving him my thaughts which i project on my set!...anyway great vid!

yeah, kinda, it's still in the beginning stages. it's called the New Life Worship Band. got a keyboardist, bassist, percussionist, acoustic guitarist and myself on guitar and drums. just waiting on God to put and keep it together. We've practiced one time and went pretty awesome. matter of fact, we got practice tonight
