I checked out your other videos... and yeah, that's a howitzer, not a tank. It does LOOK like a tank, I know... but I think your brother is in artillery. Good for him... that's what I did in the Marines, and it's a lot of fun to be a gun bunny/ cannon cocker. Party With Arty!
That's not a tank... that's an artillery piece. Looks like the M109 155mm howitzer. I served on the M109A3 in the early '80s... I think they call it the Paladin now.
oh did you know its not a tank, also that is not a auto loader. the crew member loads the round that thing rams the round.

The M109 it's an artillery piece, self propelled.....that is why it looks like a tank.

With auto loaders you lose a crewman, who helps maintain the tank...which is really what makes a tank perform.
The Soviets needed auto loaders, cause their soldiers were dumb,lazy and usually intoxicated.

Yes it is a SP Howitzer and no, U.S. tanks do not have an auto loader, all done by hand

that would be the paladin... self-propelled arty. pretty much a howitzer mounted on a tank chassis, so yeah, that would be under artillery
