movies like these by benegal, satyajit ray, amol palekar, mrinal sen - aandhi, bandit queen, mandi, bhumika, shatranj ke khiladi etc are trillion times better than the bullshit movies like slumdog millionaire. i cant undestand why the fuck do we care abt those dumb oscars. we have our own culture and literature and art which is great and we dont care about endorsements from market fundamentalists or the pseudo intellectual oscar lobby

awesome movie... the eununch scene was very well done by the actor....i hope our society realizes this and learns a lesson from this....they r also people and shud not be discriminated against...they r also part of our society
