@TheM3Habib No you also need to lock out your knees when you squat too! Also you must go past 90 degrees when you squat or bench!! You have to kill those joints for the youtube haters. Also pullups tend to give you tennis elbow when you do full extensions. These dickheads love to try and jump on anyone's videos. Instead, I’m in the group of people whose shoulders begin to bother them when they consistently lower the bar all the way down like this. This group may seem like it’s the minority, but you’d be surprised at how many people are in it. You’d be even more surprised at how many of these people just don’t realize it and keep on bench pressing incorrectly and dangerously for their body anyway.
@matthewrobertsuter I don't understand how going 90 degress on incline bench with 100 kilos for 10 reps is weak?? Also in regards to your full extensions.......the fully extended, fully supinated position causes unnecessary stress and is not a natural movement.
