Buy a road bike and park the car. I have lost 20 pounds since August by riding to work (20 miles each way) every day.

I have a computer and clothes and things. They weigh 20 pounds. I guess if I had some more pack I could do it or just kept my clothes at work. I was a Marine I used to carry 40 to 60 lbs on my back and hump the mountains. "If you don't mind it don't matter. Mind over matter." That's what we used to say in the Corps.
