Ask any doctor if going a week with nothing but water is good for you and they will tell you it is not! You can survive without sleep for several days too but that would be a stupid thing to do if you don't have to.
Nothing but water for a solid week? Just because your body can survive that doesn't mean that it's good for you. If you don't consume protein for an extended period of time your body will start to eat itself/by breaking down your muscle tissue (which is highly undesirable)!
@Citizen6935 I am not sure what you are talking about but even science is a belief. Much of what was believed to be true in science 50 years ago is now obsolete. Judge by experiential results not what some one else tells you or a whimsical belief.
