Lol doing it slower would be a shit ton harder... It's like swinging your arms to do curls... That being said you should do them fast and slow. Athletes train sprints and long distance. Core or weight lifting is no exception. This isn't edited you fools.

I'd have to review your sources before I'd buy that. There were a couple women I used to train with at a place I took kick-boxing and I know that had to have every bit as much muscle mass as I had, but they weren't stronger than me. They were built like dudes, though.
you all talking about how she needs to do this excersise slowly, do not know what your talking about, when you do this as fast as possible with good form it will activate more muscle fibers than doing it slowly.

Joe Weider was so impressed with my father he changed his advertising on his wheel exercise products back in the early 90's. My father is now 64 years old but still does around 70 reps all at once. You know if you put your mouse on one spot in the movie and take your hand off it the camera moves so by the ends it's in a different place.
If it was a loop wouldn't it just keep going back to the same spot?
