well I hope it takes off over there, I seriously don't know how yous watch that NFL, oh and to that comment regarding AFL, I 2nd that. would be good to see you yanks do well at this, start poaching some of those NFL players....!
@NickAAylward you don't know they watch NFL just like the majority of them don't know how we watch league and rugby. i don't know what comment you were reffering to about AFL but i think it's a sad waste of a massive pool of world class athletes playing a sport that no other country plays competitively (against Aus). on top of that its boring as shit aerial ping pong. American football can be quite interesting if your learn to understand it, highly technical and skillful game
There was a house on the other side of the road with a nice veranda. I would have been sitting on that with a carton of piss between my legs watching the action!
Won't happen, you know why? Because the quality of RL is better over here coz we GREW UP WITH IT, they're trying to introduce it to a population that consider baseball a past time.
So unless players are braindead they'll wanna play here.
Um...Take a look at the 2008 Footy world cup. The U.S. met PNG in the semis and only lost by a point. PNG then went on to beat NZ. It could have been NZ vs USA, so, don't look back something might be gaining on you! The world is taking up footy as well. Be ready!
Sorry, I was refering to Aussie rules in that case. Both RL and Aussie are gaining in popularity, and if either catches on here, well, that would be neat.
wait aussie rules has a world cup im australian and thats a joke to me aussie rules is only played in australia and in order to have a test match they can only play ireland and they have to change the rules, aussie rules is a joke mate so is their australian faggot league competion
me and 8 of my friends are around the same built my friend jamal is 6'8 and 295
We play this sport when we have the time too we a bunch of big guys who didnt make it to the NFL after college but we like to hit i wanna learn more about this league .
definetly keep an eye out on the AMNRL or NRL USA website, just don't get any bigger and/or make sure your fit enough to play at least 40 minutes of an 80 minute game.
Do the AMNRL teams watch and study the NRL?

I'd love to see the RL become big in the USA. Kangaroos vs Tomahawks 2020. Showdown of the century. From an Aussie.

hey umm JandAProductionsLLC...im an Australian n i have few questions bout American Rubgy League
1. How popular is it in the States
2. Does the average American population play it?
3. What are the crowds normally like at Rugby League games in the States?
If you can answer me thank u so much. I'm really a big League fan and i hope Rugby League is spread to all corners of the world.
