Can't you just go and type in cmd "ipconfig" and scroll up and find "Wireless LAN adapter Wireless Network Connection" then find "Ipv4 Address" and next to it its your ip address.

This does not work for all routers. A lot of routers hide the wireless encryption key.

If u have a wireless connection somewhere on ur router will be a website to go to and a password type that in ur Internet browser and it will access ur router allowing u to find ur ip address and alter other settings

Try

password = admin

both admin. That would be the default.

If that doesn't work, it means you will have to find what you changed your password to be. If you can't, you may have to do a reset to restore your default settings.
