yo, help... how can i move my capital to another city ? in a map where you have to inhabit another continent i see that other AI players move their capitals from the cities on the islands to the ones the`ve made on the new continent... and i`d like to do that too, so.. if anyone knows.. ;) ps. i have RoN - Thrones and Patriots

@tibby499 there is a capitol building that you can build next to your city. Which ever city you build it too, the capitol will move to that city. If you want to move the capital somewhere else, you can raze the existing capitol building and build it next to a city that you want be the capital. Simple as that

Could you tell me how scripts work? I really want to know but have no clue - (i don't yet have the thrones and patriots edition) I want to have a kind of world war 2 scenario as Britain with no nukes and a small bit on the left, where britain can have a few merchant fleets going across which the U boats can destroy. @fernandoferchofer what do you mean it cant be safe? saved? to save a scenario u hav to click save on the lower right screen. u also have to set the nation that u want to play to human, and others to computer, including the difficulty levels.

Am I the only one that constantly builds up the most powerful Economy only to have every last nation eventually go "OH YOU HAVE TOO MANY RESOURCES YOU MUST BE STOPPED" until I ragequit?

@reddenbawker When I play on the Mediterranean(Big Huge for size), all the nations(Minus my proxy ally, which I use to guard one of my fronts so I can focus my forces) eventually declare war on me several times for this reason

Roughly 2 minutes later I've resecured peace with almost all of them and it goes on and on and on

And then I conquer them all :D

@reddenbawker Usually when they're dicks and ask for resources that high, I just ignore their war declarations and wait for the hostilities. Usually I get none and a few minutes later they beg me for peace

Though sometimes they beg me for peace and then if they withdraw I ask them for peace and they demand a crapload of resources

@reddenbawker lol dont rage quit. its annoying when you lose, but that's how you learn. build up enough armed forces to defend your nation until your strong enough to attack. if u are attacked, send your defense army to counter them and immediately order more troops from the barracks, hopefully you have more than one built. then keep sending reinforcements until they are defeated.

@uzer76 Sometimes that works, but other times I use a gigantic industry and build an army fast and I have had times where I was literally at their capital, they had no army and were blockaded and their message from the ruined capital was "Peace? But first, gimme a down payment of 2 grand of everything." Once after that I continued and won the battle only to be blitzed on all fronts.

@TheOfficialWasan I dont agree. You need strong will. If you want to be pro in multiplayer dont play singleplayer cuz youl get bad habbits. You must go to multiplayer, lose, lose and lose! Then you will not lose so often and then you'llbe winning. But if you dont want to be totally profesional multiplayer its good to play vs computer first

@TheOfficialWasan the best hint i can give you is practice...set up single player battles and play them over and over. After you feel confident play online and dont be afraid to lose, youre still getting the experience and skill. Also learn keyboard shortcuts, they help tremendously.

When you fire the nuclear missiles it goes to black and white for a short while. I have Thrones and Patriots but it never goes black and white when i fire a nuclear missile???

it is a game pixel shader, you have to have a certain level video card for that to show. On my older pc i also didnt see it.
