  • $CATALINA_HOME environment must be set to the location where you installed/copied Tomcat to.

    You can add that $CATALINA_HOME from right clicking on my computer -> properties then advanced (i guess) -> environment variables.

  • Didn't work for me gave me an error said the request operation has failed and I did it 100% exactly same as in this video.
