@sporatheultimate Every Pokemon gen gets a remake ten years after its released. It started with FR/LG, and HG/SS pretty much confirmed it'll keep happening.

Of course, there's no official statement on R/S remakes, but we can count on them by R/S' tenth anniversary, that is, next year.

They kicked my ass first time through on Sapphire, I chose mudkip and taught it all ground and water, so it was ineffective, but because i was part ground, their attacks worked just fine.....

Who agrees with me and think that Maxie is easier than Archie (not counting Their Emerald Battles) Sharpedo is faster, has better attack and more importantly, it doesn't have a double weakness. Sure, he is frail-ish, compared to Camerupt, but his speed and attacks stats more than make up for that.

When I played Ruby for the first time, I remember Maxie making all my Pokemon except Blaziken faint, which ended in Red HP.

Archie was much easier (maybe because I had Swampert/Sceptile), but I played it a week later than Ruby unexpecting Maxie to be replaced with Archie (I was 9 or 10 and refused to use the Internet so...)

Well, if you think about it Groudon has power over kyogre. sure kyogre has the water against the fire/ground but, groudon knows thunder. and thunder doesnt miss during rain. kyogre's drizzle makes it rain after groudons drought. so even if hydro pump hits, it'd have to be a critical hit, :P

I know he learns Thunder, but whats the point? Groudon has base 90 Sp.Atk, and Kyogre has base 110 Sp. Def, so Kyogre will always live a Thunder, or even Solarbeam from Groudon. And if the sun is up, Thunder's accuracy is halved. The only way Groudon can kill Kyogre, is with ThunderPunch,but who is stupid enough to keep Groudon in on a STAB fully powered Water Spout?

groudon is a lv.70 wild in pokemon emerald but in ruby and sapphire there 47's after beating archie atthe underwater cave or maxie at the volcano when he rampaged a groudon they are in cave of origin after u go to sootopoolis city hope this helps
