When I try to drag the MP4 file into itunes the box goes blue and my mouse changes and I let it go and it just doesn't sync!!

Correction, after using this thing it is not that great at all. The videos are sketchy and you can't see the preview on most of them except distortion. They also lock up on ipod. I am still in search of a avi/mpg to mp4 converter. Don't get this one unless you like bugs.

This is a very good converter. The best part is it is full version. No stupid trail version that gives you half of it or a watermark.

Also, this is very easy to use and has nice settings.
