I have heard this song many tims and I am also doing it for my grade 3 exam. this song is mainly in staccato so pedal shouldn't be used.

not to be racist or anything, but why is it always the chinese or russian who are genius at the piano?

Its because chinese parents force you into things. These children practise 4 hours per day at the least and you get slapped if you get it wrong. The parents are very strict because they want their children to become talented.
