  • yea that was true, the Tiki Room had a fire. They said that the Iago and Zazu animatronics were damaged.

  • This was awesome! Coming from a formal cast member guest actually say crap like that. That pig said all the same stuff I used to want to say to guest. :P Great video.

  • this is bad service... those are actually genuine problems rides being closed without warning/ selling poorly prepared food/ telling a customer they cant speak to a manager... You should understand the customer I would have seen if I could have given vouchers for sumfin free like another meal or a ticket for another day....

  • i actually didn't think the customer was all that bad. you're pretty lucky if that's the worst you have to deal with. those are some reasonable complaints, and Disney World's food is ridiculously expensive.

  • You're saying in your description that it's bad service, but you portray a stupid guest and pretty good (and correct) guest service (except for the sarcasm and rude comments)....

    It's not bad service on this, it's just stupid guest.

  • @archona54 Well, last time I went to Disney, one of the CM's gave me a souvenir card when I got on one of the rides, and it said "UQEER" and some jumbled up numbers and letters. I'm never coming back! 

  • @tejojo I work for disney..I would call Disney and complain..did you happen to get the Cms name or work location? It makes me furious that some CMS are like that. My apologies for your experience. Please dont give up on Disney!:)

  • This would be funny if it were Six Flags. The only problem is, Disney World's cast members are some of the happiest employees in the world.

  • @LlamaSims2010 I've never been to Six Flags before; just Disney, Universal, Busch Gardens, SeaWorld, and Kings Dominion.

  • @KeikoTeddy Both the behavior of bad employees at Disney, and the stupid questions of the guests, such as asking where Harry Potter is, etc.
