  • This is all harder than it looks....this comment is directed at all the armchair quarterbacks making comments about the athlete (Tasha) doing the routine.

  • Her form is terrible. Your shoulders don't dip that far in the Kettle bell swing…the bell should not pass between your knees like that. It should pass between your upper thighs. I think it's also obvious by her inability to complete the reps that she is using a bell too heavy.
